The Future Is Intergenerational

What could become possible if young people had more meaningful opportunities to connect, lead, create, and help shape the future?

As Pachamama Alliance looks toward the next 30 years, we are exploring how we can more deeply engage, learn from, and create alongside younger generations.

A Generation Meeting an Extraordinary Moment

Young people today are coming of age in a time of profound uncertainty and possibility.

They are navigating climate disruption, political and social division, rapidly changing technology, economic uncertainty, and growing disconnection. At the same time, they are questioning inherited systems, building community, organizing for change, and imagining new ways forward.

This moment needs their perspectives, creativity, and leadership.

Building With Young People, Not For Them

Pachamama Alliance is exploring a new ecosystem of opportunities created with young people, not simply for them.

We don't know exactly what this will become yet, and that's intentional.

Before deciding, we want to listen.

The Next 30 Years

Pachamama Alliance's 30th anniversary is both a celebration of what has been created and an invitation to imagine what comes next.

The future will not be shaped by any one generation alone.

The next chapter is something we create together.
