Help Bring the Celebration to Life

We need an incredible team of volunteers to help bring this special event to life. Whether you are a long-time supporter or new to our community, your time and energy will make a world of difference.

We have a variety of shifts and roles available, including:

  • Welcome and Registration: Greet guests, hand out name tags, and set a warm, welcoming tone.
  • Hospitality: Help guests navigate the venue and find seating, restrooms, and refreshments.
  • Event Setup and Breakdown: Be part of the team who help set the stage or wrap things up.

What is a Table Captain?

Table Captains are essential to the success of our fundraising luncheons. In this key role, you’ll invite and host about 10 guests who resonate with Pachamama Alliance’s mission and may be inspired to support our work.

While our San Francisco event is at capacity, you can still sign up to be a Table Captain at our New York City event. We’d love to have you host a table and help bring together a community committed to supporting Pachamama Alliance.
