Thirty Years. One Shared Journey.
Celebrating three decades of connection, transformation, partnership, and possibility.
For 30 years, the Pachamama Alliance community has been coming together to explore what it means to live in deeper relationship with one another, with the Earth, and with the wisdom of Indigenous peoples.
In September and October 2026, we gathered in San Francisco and New York, and online around the world, to celebrate the people, relationships, experiences, and moments that have shaped this journey, and to look toward what comes next.

30th Anniversary Highlights
Thirty years of stories, relationships, transformation, and possibility came together at our 30th Anniversary Celebration in San Francisco.
It was a chance to pause and honor all that has brought us here—and to celebrate the people who continue to make this journey possible.
Where the Journey Began
Thirty years ago, Pachamama Alliance was born out of an invitation from the Achuar people to work in partnership with them to preserve their land and culture while bringing forth a new worldview that honors and sustains life.
Three decades hold countless stories: of lives transformed, communities coming together, relationships built across cultures and generations, and of courage, possibility, and new ways of seeing.
Watch the story of how that invitation sparked a partnership and a movement that continues to grow today.

What This Celebration Meant
This is a huge opportunity to create....the systems that will make the existing system obsolete. We're just going to start doing it in a different way that is more grounded and heart centered and in right relationship with all people and this beautiful planet.”

We have been united by one shared objective: the conservation and protection of nature, and beyond that, a deep feeling of respect for those of us who live in the rainforest and for nature itself. There is a very strong energy to keep moving forward, and that is what matters.”

Help Carry This Work into the Next thirty years
Thank you to everyone who showed up, hosted a watch party, volunteered, and made this celebration possible.
Thirty years ago, an invitation from the Achuar people started this journey. It has grown because of the partnerships and relationships that followed—with Indigenous communities, with the Earth, and with each other. Your gift helps carry that partnership into the next thirty years.
